Having spent the past 5 years in-house as Head of Recruitment for Intouch Games Ltd, launching their brand website, designing their candidate journey and recruiting over 700+ new members, he was given the opportunity to bring to life his vision of how recruitment should and could be done, leading the business to win multiple gaming and tech industry awards, and growing to become the UK's largest privately owned mobile iGaming company (and are now shirt sponsors of West Bromwich Football Club).

With over a decades experience in recruitment, Tom has partnered with a multitude of businesses across the UK growing them from both the ground up and on an International scale to ensure growing businesses have the best available talent to match both technical skill and culture fit.
